Homemade Granola Parfait Recipe



INGREDIENTS

Rolled Oats - 1 Cup

Sliced Almonds - 1/4 Cup

Sunflower Seeds - 1/8 Cup

Pumpkin Seeds - 1/8 Cup

Dried Cranberries - 1/4 Cup

Honey - 3 Tbsp

Coconut Oil - 2 Tbsp

Vanilla Extract - 1/4 Tsp

Sea Salt - 1 Dash

Yogurt - 1/2 Cup

Fruit - 1/2 Cup

Dark Chocolate - 4 oz Shaved

GRANOLA METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients in bowl.

  3. Spread thinly onto greased baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes.

PARFAIT ASSEMBLY

Add granola, yogurt, granola, yogurt, fruit, chocolate and drizzle honey over the top.
