Chicken Sugarcane Drumsticks Recipe

YIELD - 12 Drumsticks
INGREDIENTS
Sugarcane Stalk Internodes - 2 (3-5 inch piece)
Minced Chicken - 1 lb
Mrs Dash Onion & Herb - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Breadcrumbs - 1/8 cup
Celery - 1/4 cup (Finely Chopped)
Eggs - 1 large
METHOD
Remove the sugarcane stalk internodes from the knots.
Using a knife, remove the outer layer of each internode.
Wash internodes in water.
Cut in half, then divide each half into three pieces.
Set aside.
In a bowl, add chicken, Mrs Dash Onion & Herb, black pepper, breadcrumbs, celery and eggs.
Mix together until fully incorporated.
Cover, place in refrigerator and let marinate for 4-6 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Using your hand, gently stick 1 1/2 tbsp of chicken onto the top half of the sugar cane stick.
Place sticks on a greased baking dish.
Cover and bake for 10 minutes.
Then broil until golden brown.
