Citrus Herb Grilled Ribeye Steak with Quinoa Salad
🔥 A thick, juicy ribeye steak, marinated in a bright citrus and herb blend, then seared to perfection for that irresistible smoky char. Paired with a fluffy, nutty quinoa salad tossed with roasted vegetables and a zesty vinaigrette—every bite is bursting with bold flavors and refreshing textures.
Ingredients:
1 small ribeye steak (6-8 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Fine thyme
½ cup cooked quinoa
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp cucumber, diced
1 tbsp feta cheese (optional)
½ tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
½ tsp orange zest
Instructions:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub onto steak and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Grill or pan-sear the steak over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side (or until your preferred doneness).
Toss cooked quinoa with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and balsamic vinegar.
Zest orange zest directly over steak.
Slice steak and serve over quinoa salad. Top with feta if desired.
Garlic Butter Striploin Steak & Sweet Potato Mash

Ingredients:
1 small striploin steak (6-8 oz)
1 tbsp unsalted butter (or olive oil)
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
Fine thyme
½ tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 medium sweet potato, peeled & cubed
½ tbsp coconut milk
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with coconut milk, salt, and pepper.
In a pan, cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Halfway through, add butter, garlic, paprika & thyme.
Sauce until fragrant.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve alongside the sweet potato mash.

Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet (5-6 oz)
1 tbsp honey
½ tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
½ clove garlic, minced
½ tsp grated ginger
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup broccoli florets
¼ cup carrots, sliced
½ tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss broccoli and carrots with olive oil and salt; roast for 12-15 minutes.
Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Place salmon on a baking sheet, brush with honey garlic glaze, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Serve with roasted veggies.
