Here are the ingredients used in her recipes:


Barfi

2 cups milk powder

1/4 table cream

1/8 cup ginger (puree)

1 tbsp ghee

1 tsp elychee

1 1/4 cup sugar

1 cup water

Sprinkles + 1/2 tbsp ghee


Rasgula

2 cup milk powder

2 tbsp ghee

1 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp flour

3 tbsp cream of wheat

2 tbsp water to hydrate

1/4 cup milk (room temp)

2 cup sugar

few cardamom pods

2+3/4 cup water


Gulab Jamun

2 cup flour

1 cup milk powder

1/4 cup butter

1/2 tsp cardamom

1/2 tsp ginger

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup condensed milk

1 1/4 cup milk

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup water


Kurma

2 cup flour

1/4 cup butter

1/4 tsp spices

1 cup milk

ginger

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup water
