This ‘cook up’ adventure takes us Down The Islands in Chaguaramas, Trinidad and Tobago, where Shaun and Rhett connect with @theguthealthconsultant, @tmariecw and @domeaux26 to prepare some delicious and gut-healthy food!


On the menu was; Sada Roti with Tomato Choka and Baigan Choka, Tuna Dip with Crackers, and for lunch, Homemade Hot Dogs with franks from @delmanofood. The stars of the show were definitely the Sauerkraut as well as the mocktails made with Kombucha and Kefir from @amareprobioticsltd!


As per usual, the team had a great time cooking, liming and taking in the beautiful ocean views!
