Doritos Beef & Salsa Bowl


Beef Recipe


Coconut Oil - 1/4 cup

Minced Onion - 3/4 cup

Crushed Garlic - 1/4 cup

Minced Beef - 1 lb

Salt - 1 tbsp

Black pepper - 1/2 tsp

Geera Powder - 1 tbsp

Onion Powder - 1/2 tbsp

Garlic Powder - 1/2 tbsp

Paprika - 1/2 tbsp

Fermented Pimento Sauce - 2 tbsp

Fermented Pepper Sauce - 1/2 tbsp

Tomato Paste - 2 tbsp


Method


1. Heat your pan over medium to high heat.

2. Once heated, add oil.

3. Once oil is heated, add your onion and garlic and allow to cook until your onions are translucent (about 2 minutes).

4. Stir in your beef.

5. Add all your remaining ingredients.

6. Taste and adjust salt levels.


Chadon Beni Salsa

Diced Tomato - 2 1/2 cups

Minced Chadon Beni - 1/2 cup

Diced Red Onion - 1/2 cup

Salt - 3/4 tsp

Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp

Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp


Method


1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and combine.

2. Taste and adjust salt and acidity levels.


Homemade Sour Cream

Heavy Whipping Cream - 1 cup

Lemon Juice - 2 tsp

Vinegar - 2 tsp

Whole Milk - 1/4 cup


Method


1. Whisk in lemon juice & vinegar into whipping cream.

2. Once fully incorporated, whisk in whole milk.

3. Cover with a breathable lid (paper towel), place on your counter and let stand for 24 hours.

4. Store in an airtight container in your refrigerator and enjoy!
