How To Make Trini Mango Pepper Sauce
Mangos and Peppers, a match made in heaven! It’s only right we make Mango Pepper Sauce to honor them both:
Ingredients
5 Scotch Bonnet Peppers
½ cup Pimento Peppers
½ cup Shadon Beni
2 half ripe or full Mangoes
1 cup Carrot -roughly chopped
¼ cup peeled Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger -grated
Salt to taste
Sugar- optional
Method
Remove the stems from all peppers and peel ginger.
In a blender place all ingredients and fill blender with water to cover half of the contents.
Blend to desired consistency.
