Yield – 4 Servings


Ingredients

Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp

Oyster Sauce – 1 tbsp

Xaoxing Wine – 1 tbsp

Cornstarch – 1 tbsp

Pork Tenderloin – 1 lb (thin strips)

Sesame Oil – 2 tbsp

Minced Garlic – 2 tbsp

Minced Ginger – 1 tbsp

Salt – 1 tsp or to taste

Black Pepper – ¼ tsp

Pepper Sauce – 1 to 2 tbsp or to taste

Bell Peppers – 1 ½ cups (cubed)

Onion – 1 ½ cups (cubed)


Method

1. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, xaoxing & cornstarch.

2. Add to pork.

3. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

4. Heat wok or medium sized pot over high heat.

5. Once heated, add sesame oil.

6. Once oil is heated, add garlic & ginger.

7. Allow to cook until garlic begins to turn brown.

8. Add salt, black pepper, pepper sauce, bell peppers & onion.

9. Allow to cook until onions begin to turn translucent.

10. Add pork and stir every 15 to 20 seconds until pork is fully cooked (about 5 minutes).

11. Taste and adjust salt & pepper.

12. Enjoy!
