Trinbagonian Christmas Cobbler Cocktail | Wah Yuh Drinkin?
Kez and Raakesh have your holiday breakfast cocktail plans covered with this colourful Christmas Cobbler:
INGREDIENTS
1 oz. Ciroc Vodka
1 oz. Cherry Brandy
2 wedges Pineapple
1 wedge Orange
1 wedge Lemon
3 Maraschino Cherries
3/4 oz. Cinnamon Syrup
3 dashes Aromatic Bitters
Glassware: Old Fashioned
Methodology: Muddle fruit wedges, maraschino cherries and cinnamon syrup in the bottom of mixing glass/tin. Thereafter, add Ciroc Vodka and Cherry Brandy to mixing glass/tin, filling with cracked ice. Shake vigorously, and double strain over crushed/frappe ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Finally, top cocktail with Aromatic Bitters.
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge, Orange Twist and Maraschino Cherry.
