Tobago Cook Up: Bess Beach Lime with 3 Firesides on Castara Beach in T&T 🇹🇹 Foodie Nation

Rhett and Shaun head over to Tobago where they meet up with Kervin Horsford aka Bop/Harvest Gawd who takes them on a road trip to Castara Beach for a bess beach lime.


There, Harvest Gawd fired up three firesides as the group prepared smoked curry-stew pork, smoked tuna fish, curry crab and dumplings, roasted breadfruit in garlic butter, and sautéed crayfish. These were served with a refreshing rum punch, consisting of fresh passionfruit juice, fruit punch, white rum, and freshly grated nutmeg.


It was an enjoyable day filled with fun, laughter, good food, and even better views!
